Wang Fushan, Doctor, Professor-level senior engineer, Doctoral tutor, Gansu Province Leading Talent, Gansu Province Outstanding Expert, Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Chief Expert, Executive Director of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and China Synthetic Resin Association, enjoying the State Council Government Special Allowance. He has been engaged in the development, production and application of synthetic resin, synthetic rubber and new refining technology, presided over more than 20 major scientific and technological special projects of PetroChina, and is responsible for the development of complete sets of medical materials, automotive materials, metallocene polyethylene, nitrile rubber and other technologies to break the monopoly of foreign countries. As the first complete person, he won the first prize of Gansu Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of PetroChina Science and Technology Award, and a total of 22 national, provincial and ministerial awards, 29 authorized invention patents, 1 set of national standard system of safety evaluation method of polyolefin for medical use, and 2 group standards, and 37 academic papers, of which 17 are SCI papers, which have made important contributions to the enhancement of PetroChina's core competitiveness in the field of new chemical materials.
